The on-call period starts on your arrival date — one week for Basic, one month for Comfort, three months for VIP. If your move is delayed, tell us and we simply shift the start date; the package does not quietly expire while you are still abroad.
Yes, and you will not have to explain why. If the fit is wrong we reassign you to another Angel and hand over your full case notes, so you do not start from the beginning. It is rare, which is exactly why we introduce you on a call before you commit.
Our managers work in English, Russian, Italian and Albanian, and we can usually arrange German or Polish with notice. You pick the language in the request form and we match accordingly — the whole point is that you stop translating your own life.
Third-party costs are yours: rent and deposits, agency fees, state and bank charges, insurance premiums, school fees. Your Angel negotiates and checks them, but never marks them up — you always see the original invoice.
Before your arrival date, cancel and we refund in full minus any third-party costs already committed on your behalf. After the package starts we refund the unused portion pro rata, because you have had part of the service and we do not pretend otherwise.
